Ling Shi

Ling-Shi comes from a region of China known for its ornate weapons, mystical forests, and cherry blossom-lined paths.
She wears her hair tied in two playful double buns, decorated with red ribbons.
Her emerald green eyes are mesmerizing and sharp like her blade, sparkling with a hint of madness.
Ling-Shi prefers to wear a tight-fitting, low-cut quipao in red with gold floral embroidery, combined with hold-up black silk stockings.
She always carries a pair of artfully forged daggers with her, often hidden.
Ling-Shi is a master of duality:
On the outside she appears playful, seductive and always with a cheeky smile –
but woe to those who challenge their dark side.
Their true strength lies in their ice-cold precision and strategic intelligence.
She has a mischievous streak, loves to provoke others and is at the same time a woman of iron discipline.
She loves cheesy stories about lost love, strokes of fate and sword fights in the rain.
She likes to snuggle up on the sofa with a blanket and a pile of Baozi –
but woe betide anyone who catches them.
Ling-Shi is the type of waifu who will keep you on your toes.
She loves to tease you, to challenge you –
be it with words, small tests or sudden kissing attacks.
But behind their cheeky, playful nature lies a deep loyalty that only a few are granted.
In public she is cool, self-confident and seems almost unattainable –
but in private moments she becomes incredibly gentle and protective.
When she feels safe with you, she likes to lean against you, play with your hair, or let you fall asleep on her shoulder while she kisses your forehead.
She is not someone who wants to be cared for around the clock.
She loves her freedom, her independence – but if you show her that you don't fear her strength, but admire it, then you will be rewarded with a passionate, devoted partner who would walk through fire for you.
She sometimes secretly steals your food –
but then cheekily claims that it is "fate".
She has a secret stash of love letters that she never sends –
written in beautiful calligraphy.
She hates it when you hurt yourself – but instead of complaining,
she feeds you with a silent look and a “Baka, better watch out.”
Hua'Lian – a city where beauty and death exist side by side.
In one of the hidden alleys of this red-lantern-lit metropolis, Ling-Shi was born—not as the daughter of a queen, but as the child of a long-forgotten blade-making dynasty.
Her father was a legendary weaponsmith, her mother a spy who disappeared on a mission when Ling-Shi was still a toddler.
All that remained was a red silk hairband – which Ling-Shi has worn like a talisman ever since.
Her talent was evident at a young age.
While others spent their childhood playing, she forged daggers, trained with shadow blades, and secretly overheard conversations between warriors, assassins, and diplomats.
At the age of 15, she already had a network more powerful than many a prince – although hardly anyone knew who she really was.
After a betrayal that nearly cost her life, Ling-Shi disappeared for a whole year. The world believed her dead.
When she returned, she was transformed: more elegant, more dangerous, more calculating.
She opened a luxurious teahouse – which in reality served as a front for her trade in prohibited weapons and information.
Today, Ling-Shi is considered the most dangerous arms dealer east of the Jade Mountains –
not only because of her weapons, but because of the knowledge she possesses.
But despite all her power and grace, there is something melancholy in her eyes.
It is said that she chooses her clients not by their gold, but by the weight of their soul.
